Kevin, Sorry for being so long in replying to you. I have been out of touch over the holidays. I hope you've had a wonderful New Year. >>>>I would rather Mr. Gwinner explain his project in as succinct a manner as possible by posting a synopsis to this forum.<<<< For those who lost the beginning to this thread….John Gwinner is the creator of the Visual CIS project in the Cyberforum, which is a real-time virtual city that emulates Compuserve in his idea of a virtual environment. Users can fly around in it NOW and see his vision of his city. It is a nice example of a community much like StudioCity, though also VERY different. I have invited him to host a conference here to discuss the considerations of real-time modeling and world interaction. He is pleased to join is if anyone in interested. Please reply if you are intereseted in attending an online conference with him…. Thanks Posting here as well seems like a good idea. Should I ask him to post what he already has up in the Cyberforum over in our forum as well? That way anyone here interested could download it and check it out first. What do you think. Or can we just direct interested people here over to that forum to find it. ANY OPINIONS SYSOPS? Is this necessary or should we refer Asofters over there? And now for your POP Quiz you posted for me…. <<<<<<<<1) A recent radio broadcast has given me pause for thought, and I'd like to get your opinion as a member of the other sex. What do you think of cosmetic colors named Espresso and Adobe? They sound hypnotic but also pale.<<<<<<<< 1. I love cosmetics named Espresso & Adobe although I only wear makeup when I have to, to be politically correct. It never ceases to amaze me why women in America have to wear face paint to be considered normal looking…bit it is so. You guys always seem to prefer it when we have no circles under our eyes, like you and any normal human has. When I have on makeup, the effect is drastically noticeable to the world at large compared to when I don't. That's one of the reasons I live in a small country town, where folks don't seem to care as much, I guess. In the city, folks really look at me strangly if I go out au natural. Luckily for me, my husband still prefers no face paint. But then if you've ever seen him, it would come as no surprpise…… (In deference to our long distant and very public discussion here, I will refrain from discussing my opinions of cosmetic shaving. <g>) >>>>2) Also, I am interested in knowing your thoughts regarding the yin and yang and symbiotic relationships. a. Do you believe in share and share alike? b. Do you believe 50/50 is fair? c. Or do you think that any one group deserves 51%?<<<<<<< 2. The yin yang symbol to me shows the interexchange of opposing forces, both equal, but the dot of opposing color in each shows how imperfect they each are, which is of course, perfect. Its the dance, the struggle, the swim, the journey, the action of the two that is important, not just that they exist. a.)There is nothing as perfect as share and share alike, it's never exactly alike. b.) There is no 'fair' c.) There is no 'deserve'. It just is. So we better learn to enjoy it…. <<<<<<<<<<3) Answer this please. Which sex privately owns and controls more land in this country, Male or Female?>>>>>>>>> 3. I would guess that more women than men own the land of this country. Simply because they outlive males, generally. Am I right? <<<<<4) a. Can you tell me the significance of the period at the end of your name? b. Is this symbolic of something? c. Are we taking up sides here? d. Or are we all on the same team?>>>>>>>> Inquiring minds would like to know. 4. What period at the end of my name? Alicia says hello… And so do I…. Don't forget to keep your helmet on and stay out of the line of fire….Its a crazy world you know…I for one love your irreverent poetry…. Angela
