As far as the connector goes, you might try one of the major battery suppliers,
like Anton Bauer or Frezzolini to see what they might have to say (all the
while protecting your invention, I hasten to note). Neutrik may have something
or you can look in a catalog from a major mail order house like B&H in NY or
any of the other big ones.

Thank you for your help on these possible suppliers for the connector,
unfortunately they couldn't help me with a "Consumer type" connector. I have
not yet tried B&H yet, plus I have some other possibilities. I will phototgraph
mine and send it to you. If this could make your feature, what kind of deadline
would we be talking?
