I'm looking for an arexx or fred script that will take an rgb file that I
rendered in lightwave,convert it to dctv, and compress them into an Anim. Any

If you have ADPro 2.5.0 and the files you are loading are Framestore or RGB
format then you already have the scripts.
Use these scripts in this order:
RenderAsDCTV.fred
SaveAsAnim.fred
Thats it. You might want to do the batch processing tutorial in the ADPro 2.5.0
manual.
