#undo Flag?
8 messages in this thread
I accidentally set the 'flag' on a date when I was playing around. I was then
unable to undo it. There is no index reference to 'flag' or 'icon' nor in
online help. How do I get rid of it?
(By the way for those of use here in Ca who can't use caller ID, all of this
reference to a product the state won't let us have is a bit disconcerting.)
Nolan,
If you click on the flag again it will disappear. Another way is to select the
Event, choose "Edit/Options" from the menu, and take the check off "Key Event."
As for Caller ID, I've heard California just passed a law legalizing it so your
phone company should be offering it soon.

No, the flag doesn't disapper when you click on it again. It does appear to
disappear if you click again and exit from the program completely; however, not
while the program's still running.
Also, how do you print a 'consolidation list'; there's no reference to
'consolidated' in the index or in HELP. When I select the consolidated list
function, I get whichever list is current, not all of them.
If you have a red flag next to one of your events it means that it is marked as
a "key event". We are not aware of any problems with this feature and are not
able to duplicate it. Please check to see that your mouse is working properly.
As Martine suggested you can either click on the flag to turn it off or select
edit/options and uncheck the key event box.
Printing from the To Do list starts on page 255. Printing from the combo folder
page 264. On the bottom of 267 there is some information about Consolidated
lists.
If you have more than one To Do list and you print a "consolidated list" from
your To Do list. It will print all of your lists one after the other in the
order they were created.
If you are trying to print a consolidated list from Combo folder please check
each To Do list (file/options..) to make sure "include in status check" has a
check mark in it.
I hope this helps. Marisa Harris, Okna Tech Support

It's not a red flag, but the U.S. flag that is stuck. When I have the calendar
displayed the edit option is not available so I can't get to a key event box
from there.
I did finally get my other printing problems resolved. I was unable to set the
right margin while printing in landscape mode (those options were grayed out)
but when I printed in portrait mode the right margin didn't run off the page.
Dear Nolan:
OK – we understand what your question about the flag is now. The US Flag is in
Month View – not Day View. To remove the US Flag from a day in the Month View,
highlight the day with the US Flag and then click the empty box in the row of
icons at the top that includes the US Flag OR select the Month menu
option…and in the Day Highlights box that appears, click Work Day.

Works like a charm. Didn't see the 'empty box' command in the manual.
Dear Nolan:
Glad all is well.
