I am attempting to integrate the use of your Desktop Set package into my office
environment. We are a financial advisory firm and bill clients by the hour.
How can we generate billing reports from the phone logs and the event calendar?
We have tried to export to a billing package however, the event information
exported does not contain the specific client information we need. How can we
link the export information to a client name?

In Address Book if you are logging all of the calls you want to bill… you
will be able to export the phone log from DeskTop Set. You can export in a tab
delimited or comma separated values format. This file can then be opened in a
spreadsheet program like Excel or Lotus 123.
If you export all fields you will see… Date, Time, Duration, Phone number,
Title, F name, L name, Position, Company, Subject, Response, Extension,
Account, Direction, Origin and Nature.
In Calendar you can export Date, Time from, Time to and the Description of
events into a tab delimited or comma separated values format.
