I want to print out my daily schedule, preserving the blanks where no appointment exists. It seems I have to do this by using the "Combo Folder" with 2 of the 3 windows turned off (the other to Schedule). This works, but I would like to be able to change the format, and the settings seem to have no effect. To be exact: I would like to be able to set the RANGE of times that appears on the schedule; and I would like to be able to set the font size. The font settings seem to have no effect on the schedule, nor does the time range setting. Does anyone have any suggestions? By the way, although the Combo Folder prints beautifully on a LJ4, it bombs (with "memory overflow") on my LJ3+. Is this to be expected? All in all, I'm very happy with DTS. Eric You are right you cannot change the font size when printing a schedule in the combo folder. Adding the choice of font point size is a design error on the programmers part since the font scales itself to the space allotted. Currently the only way to print out a daily schedule and preserve the blank time slots is by printing a combo folder. I will add your suggestion to our database. We have a HPLJ3 with only 1 meg of memory and do not have any problems printing from Calendar. Marisa, Okna Tech Support

Thanks, Marisa. By the way, a related suggestion on the schedule with blank spaces: cancelling the spaces that are not blank! If I schedule an event for 2:00 to 2:30, the schedule still shows 2:15 as a free space. –Eric 03-Oct-94 at 11:35p PDT

Tracy, To be fair to the developers, I find some printouts do exactly that already (i.e.leave out the spaces that are occupied in Schedule). My staff do the printouts for me — maybe they were entering the end-time directly, instead of via the time-ruler. Anyway, nice product!
