One of the humblest answers I've ever seen… No, it isn't project
specific. I don't have more than one machine. I don't feel like
reinstalling, especially because I don't see that I would do anything
different. I haven't gotten my dealer involved, principally because
they never know what's going on anyway, in fact, I gave up on them so
long ago, that had you not mentioned it, I never would have thought
of them in the context of answering a technical question. For the
record, I just finished about 6 hours worth of work without any
scrolling problems, and as far as the snaps go, I'm beginning to think
that when vertex snap is active, the regular snaps are deactivated.
