I was minding my own business working on a mesh when I decided to
optimize it. I pressed "F12", clicked on "ok" for "optimize",
selected an object, then clicked on "optimize" when the following
happened: 1) My screen froze 2) The following message appeared in
regular DOS format, overwriting only as much space as the characters
occupied, leaving the rest of the now frozen optimize dialog on
screen:
"Abnormal program termination:Memory protection fault
CS:EIP= 005fh:00015CA1h
C:\3DS3>"
I have a 486dx66 with 16 MB RAM, a Hercules Dynamite Pro with 2 MB
RAM, almost a gigabyte of hardrive space (between my two hard
drives), and I'm running the latest QEMM, V.7.5.
Any ideas? This also happened when I clicked "render on" in Displace,
but I just reentered 3DS3, tried it again, and there was no
recurrence of the problem.

Please, if this happens again, keep track of all of your mouse clicks
to see if you can come up with a reproducable case for the developers
to track down.
