I saw other replies – may be what you want,
if what you want is just to change evey thing in flic to single color (two
actualy like black & blue)?
you might try
palette squeeze over time. to 2 colors
The one color option for cel animation pastes the cel as sillowete using the
curently selected color
RTFM page 8-24
you can use it with cel animation or optics for precision
you could convert entire flc to cel
then paste it back to new blank flc
if your images or flc are simple – simple methods can work
is background single color [like Key color]?
if it is highly complex – many colors, pixels dithering , background &
forground simular – you may have difficult taks.
there are couple of POCOs designed to remove noise from flcs some where in
library –
