David: PMFJI, but… >>In my A2000 I have an A2386 and Picasso II… How did you do that? <g> When my A3000 died, I transplanted my Bridgeboard, Picasso, and memory card into my A2000. BB and Picasso wouldn't work. Pulled out the memory board, Picasso still wouldn't work. Ripped out the BB too, and Picasso works. Is your accelerator card an A2630? Nick

My accelerator is a PP&S 040 – everything works together perfectly – as of right now I am configured as follows : video slot : Commodore deinterlacer card cpu slot : PP&S 040 card with 8 meg of SIMM ( just added 4 more megs ) slot 1 : GVP 4008 card , Q540 drive , 4 megs of SIMM slot 2 : Picasso II with 2 megs video RAM slot 3 : Supra 2400i modem slot 4 : Soundblaster 16 SCSI card slot 5 : A2386 with Cyrix upgrade chip/FPU and 8 megs ZIPP memory slot 6 : Promise IDE accelerator controller / WD420 IDE drive slot 7 : ATI Pro Turbo Video card with 2 megs VRAM I am running WB 3.1, motherboard version is 6.1 , 2 meg chip RAM, full ECS chip set. Since all this stuff works together without problems then most any combo should. In your system with an 030 are you running enforcer to preventing caching of the A2386 dual port RAM ? If not that could be a problem. How is your memory configured ( autoconfig vs higher memory ? )
