Walnut Creek published two versions of the AmiNet CD-ROM: June (maybe it
was July) 1993 and February 1994. You might still be able to get a copy

The Aminet 3 disc is excellent. Along with many new programs over the
last version, the find/index interface is worlds better. Along with
showing or searching by keyword for all files, it also automaticaly
un-compresses the selected file to RAM disk. If you click on a picture or
animation it will show it right from the search engine. It's a definite
must have for any Amiga user with a CD ROM reader. I'd even go so far as
to say that it's a great reason to buy a CD reader if one doesn't have
one.
The best price I found on on disc 3 is through Better Concepts. You can
get it from them for $14.95 plus a couple of bucks shipping. They also
have the Walnut Creek disc for (I think it was) $10. Call them at
1-800-25AMIGA.

You can get the disc from Fred Fish also. Not to mention quite a few
other titles for the Amiga. Write for a catalog or order the Aminet disc
and get the info. with it.
Aminet GOLD 19.95 + 3.95 S&H
Aminet SHARE 11.95 + 3.95 S&H
They are exactly the same execept for how much you pay really. The GOLD
version includes a amount to help the compilers of the Aminet collection.
While the Share version leaves it up to you. Information is on the CD.
By now the Oct94 issue should be available so ask for Jul94 if that is the
one you wish. You can get subscriptions to the collection too!
