Ok… Here I am, ready to have my new P133 system built. The PVR/AD2500 are already enroute from AmiWare in Ontario. Gary at AW mentions that he's heard that the Matrox Millennium has had problems in co-existing with the DPS PVR… so he recomends I go out and buy a Diamond Stealth 64VRAM (he's not selling me the video card anyway) which he knows works. He offered to call Dan at DPS and ask him. He calls me back and says that several PVR users have tried the Matrox and called about problems, but they've never called back. He also mentioned that Matrox promised to send them a firmware update, but they never did. And these guys are all in Canada… you'd think they'd work with each other! So his suggestion is poll users and find out what works for them. My new system will have the SuperMICRO P55CMS mobo (FWTW), so I'm curious about any PVR users out there… what video cards are you using? Has anyone tried the just released Diamond card that does support 3D rendering and animation? I have to believe that this is a question that a lot of potential users are asking. I know the Diamond Stealth card works, but was hoping that I'd be able to use the Matrox with it's added features. Comments? Mike/MASS
