PVR-Negative Color?

Hi, I've been using the PVR and Daughter board for a few days now and was wondering if anyone has encountered a problem when rendering: it seems to occur when doing a "transition" between two scenes. When the job finishes, the display appears in a sickly negative color image. This is not a problem with Premiere, since it occurs within the PVR program (they are up to V 2.02) also, but happens badly when Premiere renders a "Movie" with "Transitions" such as cross fades, dissolves (haven't had much time to do more testing). The problem stays there and once it happens, all subsequent captures, imports, etc. to the PVR display this awful negative image. The only way to reset the board is to turn off the computer! Then everything renders OK again until a "Transition" triggers this event! I'm talking about the OUTPUT of the PVR. When in this event, if I try to capture or record to the PVR, I get an OK display output when monitoring, but the display switches to negative when the capture/recording is done. All else works fine-it's a great card. The software for win 3.1 can be downloaded from DPS's BBS @ 416-754-8368. They seem hard to get through to on voice. gonna continue my investigation when I've got the time. Hope someone has some ideas.
