#spline modeler upgrade?

At Siggraph, I was told that we will be getting a free upgrade to a spline modeler? When is that happening? Also, At Siggraph, I was asked to fill up a form about upgrading to MAX for $495. When is this happening too? thanks.

Has AutoDesk released info to all the dealers yet. I want to know if my dealer will have any idea of what I'm talking about next time I call him. Thanks Jason

The ADESK guy told me that I had just ordered MAX and told me I'd be contacted in the mail closer to the shipping date. Is this wrong? Should I be contacting my dealer instead? – ej
