Yes, I was one of the "infamous three" who put together the first version of
the book. Our mug shots are on the inside front cover. They removed this
nicety for the Release 4 version, too many dart holes, I think. :^)

This was going to be my next question. I guess I'll look into my favorite
bookstore a liitle deeper next time. Again I love the book and look forward to
the R4 version
