Welcome to the MAX development forum! If you are reading this then you have the proper clearance to down load builds and access the latest development examples. New builds of MAX are available nearly every Monday. The availability of development tools will be announced on this forum when they become available. We're still on track for having the first SDK available on or around November 1st. Please guard your access to this forum *carefully*. Everything you find or read here should be considered strictly confidential as to our nondisclosure agreement with you. MAX is evolving quickly, with every build bringing entirely new additions to its base functionality. Remember, almost every addition is actually a plug-in – most of who's source will be available to you as example code. Please read the external specifications and update notes thoroughly! Many answers and insights can be found within both. The update notes are appended with each build and include those from previous builds (so you don't have to download each build's release notes). While this is of course the place to state problems or bugs wiht MAX's API, it's also the place tell us your impressions and needs. Please don't hold back! This is the time when your suggestions can influence what is possible. MAX is quickly taking shape as a "modeling and animation operating system" with your plug-ins being the OS's applications.
