Maybe that is why I haven't seen any, do you know if there are any shops that
have placed orders?

Try Gordon Harwoods. I spoke to them a week ago and they said they'd ordered
more A1200s than they had actual orders for, so perhaps they still have some
left.
Tandys have agreed to stock A1200s in hundreds of shops, although I guess
they'll only have a few stocked in each shop so your local Tandys might have
sold out. (Assuming they received their shipment, which they may not have yet.)

I don't need an a1200 as I got one second hand, I just want to see them in the
shops 🙂 It has been so long since there were any for sale that just to see a
couple would let me know that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Sorry, all A1200s are now sold, but we're expecting more soon. Also in the
"any day now" category are the new Amiga Tech monitors – latest date I have on
these is 17/10/95.

We are terribly curious about how many new A1200s are involved in the current
sellouts. Can you give us any sort of estimate?
It's wonderful to know that they are selling so well. Is an ICPUG flyer going
out with each new machine?<g>
