Does anyone know if LINUX has been ported to the Amiga or Mac? If so where can
itbe obtained. If not can thesource code be gotten? I want to run
LINUX/X/Motif on all three platforms and develop my sourcecode only once! (I'm
currently writing my own non-UNIX version but it takes a long time.
Geoffrey,
LINUX for the Amiga is available on the Meeting Pearls Vol 2, CD-ROM.

Geoffrey,
beside the distribution on the CD "Meeting Pearls II" there are a lot of FTP
sites where you can get a linux distribution. Mainly there are two actual
versions, a very stable 0.9.11 and a 1.2.13pl1 (which corresponds to the PC
version but is somewhat experimental).
THE Linux/m68k server:
ftp://tsx-11.mit.edu/pub/linux/680×0/
THE two Linux servers (sources for you to port to/compile on Linux/m68k):
ftp://tsx-11.mit.edu/pub/linux/sources/
ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/system/
First read the FAQ in the main directory.
