I have been dealing with Software Hut for the last two years with no problems.
That's not to say that someone won't have prolems, but I have had a couple of
times that requested a refund or other matter with NO problem.
You might call and ask for Trish, she is the representative that I usally talk
to, (If she is still there.). Tell her I sent you and that I have received
excellent service from them in the past…('get more flys with honey than
vinnegar')
