I've been dealing with Software Hut for over (5) years and have never been
refused a refund or credit. Nor have I ever received anything other than
professional treatment. I've purchased everything from ram, to books, to
complete Amiga systems from them, and never had an incident such as you vaguely
described in you message. Joe, Ernie, Trish, Anthony, John, Gloria and the
others have always been consistently helpful and honest. I do, and will
continue to do, business with them when the need arises.
