I am about to purchase a new system:

32 Mb Ram
Wondering whether the #9 128 Video Card (4Mb VRAM) is going to fit the bill.
Currently own version 3.0, but THINKING about purchasing 4.0.
Will I have any problems of which you are aware? Do I need any special
drivers?
Is there another card which I should consider?
ALSO:
I have yet to do video output or capture but am SERIOUSLY considering it. Is
there a resource I can scour or suggestions for video input/output cards of
which you may have knowledge?
