#Hide Problem

Occasionally when I invoke the Display/Hide command in 3DEditor the sub-menu
does not appear and my computer is locked up. This happens intermittently and
for no obvious reason. Do you know what is causing this?

No, I can't really say what could be causing your lockups. I've never heard of
any problems related to using the hide command. I would suggest changing the
video driver to a standard VESA or even VGA and see if that takes care of it.
BTW, what version of 3DS are you using? You didn't include enough information
in your message for anyone to diagnose anything. But, like I said there aren't
any problems related to HIDE so I'd start by checking your system for problems.
Do you have another machine that you could try 3DS on? Good luck.

It is only something that happens once in a while and it is not worth spending
a lot of time on..I just thought someone might have a ready answer. Since it
happens irregularly it would be hard to know if I fixed it or not.

Yes, but as above it is not worth the time unless it gets to be more frequent.
