While you could get Autodesk's Animation Support Libraries for $25 at
800-964-6432, the library is old, doesn't work well in many cases, and is no
longer supported by Autodesk.
I suggest instead that you look at Metagraphics Media!Lab which, among other
things, has excellent FLIC file support. Metagraphics number is: 408-622-8950.
You can also GO METAGR.
