Choosing a laser:
I have two lasers, one a Laserjet 4MP, and a Lasjet 4M Plus. I have also used
the 5MP when reviewing it. Of all those, the 4M Plus is by far the best. I have
it working day in, day out, and it keeps on keeping on. The 5MP is nice but not
as as fast as the 4M Plus while the 4MP is slow and the paper pickup has
started to get a bit erratic, probably due to dirty rollers.
The 4M Plus can be used with PostScript and with Studio 2. It has a 20,000
month duty cycle and not once have I ran out of memory with it. As far as I'm
concerned, the next time I buy a printer, it will be another 4M Plus.
