PAR, PVR, 3DS$ and W95 — declared parent_msg_num=(none), resolved parent_id points to #(none)

I was informed direct from DPS that the PAR is, or maybe better to say will be
supported under windows 3.11 and Win95. I have a local customer who is using it
in Windows 95 but tells me that to do so he had to make sacrifices. Are you
still in limbo? Or have you got it working by now? If not. please mail me
outside of the forum, Direct, and I will pass what he knows on.
