I've haven't gotten my AS v1.1 update yet. Can you check on my status. Also,
I've never received my hardcopy of the AS manual.

Customer Service has said they would call you to make sure things get
straightened out. Has this happened? (You might wish to comment in the
Customer Service/Marketing Section if you're still having problems.)
