I received you message which suggested reloading the Flick file into I/M to verify it would load. I created two Flick anims which would not open in AuthorWare – same response as Steve. When I relaoded them back into I/M both anims would load with the exception of the last frame. The response was: RDFLI: Error Loading PIC. – Click here to Continue -. I also noticed that one of the anims I created was only 27 frames when I reloaded it into I/M, however, when building the Flick I selected 30 frames. Mmmmm. I believe the version I'm running is v1.r06 r2 according to Help – Updates to version 1.00. I purchased the software in March '94 and I'm not 100% sure I sent in my registration. I want to thank you for your support. Great product. I did preview your Windows version and I was very impressed. I plan I reviewing it with my staff after our worldwide subscriber conference next week. Until then I'm busy finishing our presentation for the show. A few Flick anims would be great for our PC workshops. Again thanks for your support. Michael P. Harbin

Michael, Call technical support and tell 'em about the FLC problem. That's a version that may be unable to create them correctly, if memory serves – they'll replace it for you. Talk to Dave. –Ben …via AutoPilot
