Several Beta Testers have missed the following paragraph on the first page of
Build 18's Release Notes.
IMPORTANT: This build, 3DSM18.zip, requires that:
You have NT version 3.51 (release) running on your computer, along with the
Win95 shell — for the correct UI characteristics. (The Win95 shell isnt
required, but itll give you a better idea of what the UI elements are supposed
to exactly look like. Plus, theres a UI problem that appears when not using
the shell that inhibits the flyoffs in the View panel from being seen
correctly).
If you dont have the Microsoft Level2 developers CD-ROM (or even if you do, and
dont have the most current version), you should get the Win95 shell from "Go
MSDR" on Compuserve.
