Help! For some reason, my Helvetica 7 through 9 point fonts give me excess
line spacing. I believe this set of Helv was downloaded from this forum;
the 7-9 sizes came from somewhere else (Apple maybe?). I presume that's a
no-no, using some sizes from one source and some from another. Where can I
get a single, consistent set with sizes down to 7? Or can I make what I
have work?
I'm using Ready, Set, Go! 4.0 and MSWord 3.02 and Suitcase, MuQ%inder, Sys
Release 5; on a MacPlus with LW Plus a" TOPS Spool.
Using any point sizes other than 10, 12, 14, 18, & 24 is not a good
idea. These are the "standard" sizes that come with all of Adobe's fonts.
Odds are that the sizes you're using come from a non-adobe source, or are
much older than the current adobe release. (some fonts had smaller sizes
created, but this practice was stopped long ago). You're much safer and
better off NOT using the smaller sizes.CHOICES
