In the November 13 issue of Forbes there is an article about Commodore, the
Amiga, and how Irving Gouldhas blown it. It says that he doesn't even spend
three days a week running Commodore International. I fhe spends more than 3
days in the US then the IRS can tax him. He has an office in the Bahamas!
It's about time someone slammed Irving Gould. The article says that the
Amiga is a great machine but Gould dropped the ball. They say he has chased
out all the qualified Presidents of CBM over the past 4-5 years.
This article burns me up. This guy is having a hay-day with Commodore
money, jetting around the country to avoid taxes, while the worlds greatest
computer gets pushed to the back. It is reported that Gould gets 1.5
million a year to mess up Commodore. He owns 20% of the stock witch is a
majority. He can do anyhting he wants till someone buys more than 20%
stock. Or gets the votes for 20% of the stock.
It's time for a change at the TOP!!!
