The hardware for my Digi-View Gold has cratored. What can I do toward
getting my old one fixed or obtaining a new one? I have confirmed it is the
dongle.

NewTeks policy is very good, my Digi-View has died a few times in its
lifetime and as a matter of fact I'm waiting for NewTek to return my
repaired (or replaced) digi-view.
Just give their 800 number a call, and they will tell you what to do.
Check your manual for the phone number. or call 1-800-555-1212 and ask for
New Tek.

Please call Tony at 800/736-7617 and he will arrange for you to get
your DigiView system up and running again. As Joe mentioned to you (thanks
again Joe!) we will gladly repair or replace your DigiView module if it is
defective.

I have an old style Digi-View hardware with the NewTek adaptor for my
A2000. Am I losing anything by not having the new "Gold" hardware for the
500/2000 series?

Do you hoof the DigiView 4.0 software? If you do, then you would
probably not notice much difference, if at all.
