Since PKZIP1.lzh completely supercedes PKAZIP.lzh and ZIP.lzh in Lib 5, why
not get rid of the old ones (free up the libarary space and don't fool new
users into getting the old ZIP), and rename the new one to PkaZip.lzh or
ZIP.lzh.

According to the "readme" there are a couple of bugs that might cause
problems in certain situations. PKZIP1.lzh also has a program that "fixes"
bad ZIP files so you can recover stuff from them.
