What do I HAVE to buy?

Mr. Moose, I have owned an Amiga since Oct. '85, and I have read quite a lot about the Toaster over the last few years, but, not being close to a dealer, there are some things about the Toaster that I have not quite been able to visualize from my readings. A couple of friends and I are seriously considering a small business loan to finance a collaboration for free-lance computer services, and one thing we would like to buy with our loan would be a Toaster. At first, it would not be for serious aspects of our business, as I'm sure a lot of practice and learning would be necessary. But, eventually, we would be buying enough to consider professional work. The question is: how minimal a system can I get for the practice and learning phase? I currently have an Amiga 2000 with 68020 accelerato and 6 megs of memory and 250 megs of storage, so the Amiga itself would seem to be sufficient, but _must_ one get a TBC even for practice? _Must_ one get a Panasonic AG-7750 or the like, even for rough draft videotaping? I hope I've made my question clear. One more thing, although you may not know this: do you suppose I'll have to wait much longer for the NewTek videotape I ordered the middle of last summer? Thanks.
