Marc, I agree that the adoption option should be one of the choices offered
to pregnant women in crisis. It is however not ONLY up to her: if she has
the child, the birthfather should also be contacted to determine if he
agrees with the adoption plan. He may wish to parent the child himself.
What I don't understand is what you mean when you say "who is Uncle Sam to
take it away?" Take WHAT away? I thought I was adding, not subtracting a
