#Power Snap

ALLofAsudden, Power Snap quit working for me. [ A3K/25/OS3.1 ] I've tried eliminating other stuff that that was not in the startup before it quit, but no good. It seems to record OK, but on the playback (LAmiga, RMB), I get back a series of ? marks with an occasional alphabet figure which is properly placed. Been using Power Snap for a couple years. Baffled, I am. It is version 37.326. Any help – newer version – commercial version, etc – PLEASE. Thanks in advance….. Dickoux

That usually means it doesn't recognize the font you're using.

One option is to switch PowerSnap to frame snapping. With Autopilot it for some reason gets confused about the slider gadget at the right side of the window, or something like that. The drawback of frame snapping is that you don't get reflowed text. Paul

Since with the new versions of AP cutting and pasting is built in, simply don't use powersnap with it. You don't need it. -Karl

Hmm. Sorry, I don't know what to tell you except maybe to try Snipit or something in place of PowerSnap, and to use AP1.75+'s built-in clipboard support. Paul

The same problem I had. It doesn't recognize the font you're using. But with me, too, one day it just stopped working with basically ANY font, basically ANYWHERE. Don't know why. I switched fonts to no avail. Nowadays PowerSnap is jst sitting in my Commodities drawer instead of WbStartup. Paul
