I'm new to CompuServe and the AutoDesk forum. I have several archive programs, but I do not have the SEA archive that seems to be used to archive the library files "file.arc/bin" I have seen in the AutoCad forum. My question is where can I find the SEA archive info ? Is it here somewhere inside the ACAD forum in one of the libraries, or should I search for it in one of my local BBS's ?

Rod – you don't need SEA utilities, per se… compressed files with the ARC extension can be decompressed with PKUNPAK. You can get that program, along with PKPAK and all relevant docs, by downloading PK361.EXE from Lib 10 "Utilities". The BIN extension is usually put on by Compuserve; if you have any sort of a file viewer, you should be able to view the BIN file and see what it's archived as. Let me know if there's one in particular you're having trouble with… Dave

Dave- thanks for the help. I think I can figure this thing out now, with your info. If I have any problems I'll get back with you. Thanks. Rod
