Has anyone had any luck getting the Battle Chess CD-ROM to work with
Windows and have the sound work? I have it hooked up through my sound
blaster..have all the SB Pro drivres installed as well as the CD audio
driver drivers and MCI midi and cd audio drivers..still no sound..any
suggestions?
The music and voices for Battle Chess are regular CD-Audio, so you have to
connect the audio output jacks of the CD-Rom drive to the mixer input of
the SB Pro in order to get sound. The footsteps are digital (.WAV I think)
and those go through the SB Pro directly.
