Common graphic/anim

We are chewing on that issue now. The raw data will be 1:1 from the
sources. The choice seems to be to keep that ratio and adjust as necessary
or to convert it to 4:3, which seems to be a very common (most common?)
ratio and from there convert as necessary by platform. The images can take
maybe 10% aspect distortion.
Another question? We are capturing a gaited data stream from multiple
sources, so that three of a possible six image aspects of the data can be
displayed and synchronized. Would you merge the three bitmaps in memory
prior to display or attempt 3 synched anims?
That depends on the processor speed, and whether you'd be able to merge abd
blit fast enough on each… I'm sure this question isn't easy to answer.
One thing here Rob.Adpro and Imagemaster(I think IM does it too, hard to
tell with Reams of Paper I have to print out for upgrades) both allow you
to reset Aspect Ratio so that shouldn't be a problem.
Yes, Imagemaster lets you reset aspect ratio. Also DPI.
