Linux only support regular VGA cards. The Xserver supports ET3000, ET4000,
PVGA1, GVGA, Trident, and ATI+. Any accellerator card in its "regular" VGA
mode
should work, but the Linux doc I have lists only those above.
You might want to get the $40 Trident 1M card as a backup to your Windows
accelerator card with a billion colors.
