Outputing to a camcorder, I will assume that it is not capable of
single frame recording. (A few of them are, but I doubt this one is.)
Since you will be recording "real time" the tool you are looking for
is a VGA to NTSC scan converter. There are several on the market,
ranging in price anywhere from $300.00 to $2000.00. The differences
in these boards lie in the quality of the video signal that is
output, the ease of use and installation, resolutions available, etc.
Perhaps other people on the forum will make some specific
reccommendations for boards, and warn you which boards to stay away
from. My only word on the subject is you get what you pay for.
