#Warp Transputer Board
4 messages in this thread
Does anybody know what is happening with the Warp transputer board? I
left an E-Mail for Khalid Aldoseri a couple of weeks ago, but so far
have had no reply.
Pete:
It's progressing nicely as far as I can tell. I haven't heard
from Khalid myself in awhile, but I am in almost daily contact with
PowerStor who are making the board. It's taken me longer to port
VistaPro than I had hoped, but that's mainly because other projects
(like VistaLite) keep absorbing large portions of my time. I hope to
reach the point of being able to actively debug in another day.
Thanks for the info. My editor is very keen for me to do a review of
Warp. On another subject, have you sent out the VistaLite manuals
yet? Nothing received here.
Peter:
VRLI sent out a limited number of manuals to a few of the testers.
Final packages (with manuals) will go out shortly to all beta testers.
Unfortunately, I wasn't given a choice as to who got preliminary manuals.
I had thought that they would be sent to all of the testers, and didn't
find out until later that they were not. The complete package should ship
next week sometime.
