I installed CorelSCSI for a friend on a netware 3.11 server. Everything was
working fine. He had someone upgrade the mother board on his workstation from
a 286 to a 386. Now, when he attempts to do a CDMAP to the CDROM Server he
gets an error message "unable to register to CDROM server". I temporarily
moved the CDROM from the server to his workstation & it works ok. Any ideas on
what this message is(cannot find it in manual) and what may cause it??????

If you read the posted apology you will understand the tardiness of my
response.
We have seen this problem with SMC nics. Use the ODI, LSL driver to rectify
the problem. We have also had a resolution sent to us by a client that states.
'I loaded a file from Novell's forum on my server and all my register problems
vanished.' This file is called XMDFIX.NLM. The problem that you are seeing is
that there is choppy SPX communications via the IPX SPX socket.
