Paul, Can you tell me how to get a couple of questions answered about my CoerlSCSI controller? The questions are: 1. Is a new PATCH program required for MSDOS 6.2 or will the 6.0 PATCH program work? 2. My Storage Dimensions 1 gig R/W optical drive was running under DOS 6.0 using DBLSPACE. I also have Windows NT 3.1 installed on the system. After an NT session, DBLSPACE could not mount the optical volume. It gives an "Unknown Error #109" message. Any suggestions as to why this may be and what I can do about it? Thanks for your attention in this, and best regards John Phipps

The 6.0 PATCH works fine with 6.2, as I found out when I forgot to run it, tried accessing my multifunction drive, realized it, ran PATCH, rebooted, and it all worked.

John, We have quite a bit of help here on CS <grin>. We have Draw, SCSI and Customer Service available. Just come on in to the right area and start firing! The patch program that ships with CorelSCSI will work on DOS 4+,5+,6+. Other than that I have a couple of other questions. Are you using our drivers to control the optical ?? What model card are you using? What version of our SCSI software are you using? What other device are on the SCSI bus? What devices are terminated? What is NT doing to the drive? What does the 'Unknown error #109' mean? I hope this helps. Laszlo
