So … I just got a copy a Corel SCSI v1.2b. The hardware is an AMI EISA DX2/66
with AMI Fast Cache EISA SCSI controller, HP DAT tape, Seagate ST1480N, and
Toshiba 3401B. Installation for DOS went OK and I can read the CDROM using
corelcdx. I cannot install the product for Windows because it reports an out of
memory situation, no matter how much memory I have.
Tape backup seemed to be OK until I tried to "View Save Set". After selecting
the one and only set, an error window pops up telling me that an error occured
while attempting to allocate memory. I cannot change the situation by changing
my config.sys or autoexec.bat, but I've tried. Could it be a problem with DOS
6.2 ?
