I have been trying since August 6th to get my "buggy as hell" Corel 4.0 CD replaced. I am one of three partners who have used Corel for some time. One of them ordered the CD fix around August First and had it by the sixth. I have called at least four times as has my other partner and always been told…"Oh, you should have had that weeks and weeks ago." Why can't Corel get this fix to me. I can only assume that the program is so buggy they can't get the new version out. I am nearly ready to puchase the Competitive Upgrade to Canvas and have already looked at a couple of other packages because we simply cannot continue to try to run a business with software that we are never quite sure will work.

Hi Kelley, As you did not provide an address, I can only assume you are the Underwood at 1277 Blue Ridge Way. I have placed a new order for you and it will be sent via courier, so that we will have a record of delivery and signature. This update should arrive Tuesday or Wednesday morning at the latest. Thank you, Donna

Donna, thank you for the very fast reply. I did not expect such response so did not leave my address. You are correct, I do live at 1277 Blue Ridge Way. Also, one of my Partners, Dean Walker of 7289 Bahama Drive in Middletown, OH has been trying to get his copy just as long. I know he would appreciate it if you could help him. My other partner, Richard Huddleston received his two months ago. Thanks again.

Hi Kelley! I would have to have your partner's serial number and the media used to install his 4.0 so I could send this out right away! Mike:)

Thanks for the speedy reply. I got CD on Monday. Why did I have so much trouble getting it when I ordered by phone? My Partner's Name is Dean Walker of PC Publishing Plus and his address is 7289 Bahama Drive, Middletown, OH, USA, 45044. He installed from CD Rom and did receive a floppy update but has been waiting as long as I for the CD Rom update. His Serial Number is CD4-111-975-526. Dean has had trouble with the Tech Support People finding him as a registered user. If there is a problem, he can be reached at (513) 777-0226.
