Hi Donna – Couple of weeks ago I requested an upgrade to CD 4.0C (C as in Charlie), on CD ROM, and was told it was to be shipped – today I got a CD ROM from Ireland which is the Rev B Patch issue – one I already have! So, how do I get the C version, and what should I do with the extra Rev B Patch version you (Corel) sent??? It came from Partsbank in Tennessee via FedEx, Order number 0000391116, Order Agent OEOET1SS (I'd change my name if I were him), and the Order date on the invoice was 11/9/93. Thanks, Jordan Torgerson

Hi Jordan: Your original order still has a "backorder" marker attached to it. It has been rumoured that the warehouse is substituting the Rev. B. CD when the B3 is out of stock. Would you like me to send this to you from our Canadian warehouse? It may take a bit longer, but it will be the correct CD. Or we can wait for your backorder to be filled. Awaiting your reply…. Donna 🙂

Thanks Donna – by all means, I'll take the Correct Canadian Rev-C CD, even if it takes longer! Appreciate your help – my best, Jordan

Hi Jordan: I have just finished faxing your order down to the warehouse and it should leave today. It will arrive via Federal Express, within the next 3 working days. Sorry for the inconvenience, Donna
