Hi Dominique…… >>>>>>I recently bought the Can A1 Dig and have really found it great for the price. I am in the process of adding other media to my audio productions ( I own a digital recording studio). I saw that you bought a Canon A-1 Dig . Now is that a still camera or a video camera?how much was it and are you happy with it now that you have had another week since your message to evaluate it? Your responses will be appreciated sinc I am new at the video/graphics end of this 'MultiMedia' thing…… TIA… Rick Ross / ps : Please E-Mail……thank you

PMFJI the Canon A1 Digital is a Hi8 camcorder, it is a well made camera and they average approx $1000 give or take. From what I understand it is a Canon L1 without the ability to change lenses. Midgard Graphics midgard@met.com

Rick, It is the video camera. I am in Canada and payed about $1800 for it up here but thats not real money. Divide by 1.4 for the Yankee Buck. So far I'm really pleased with it. Very tough piece of kit and I'm told very reliable. Just getting going myself so any lessons would be appreciated Thanks Dom
