Denise – I assume (perhaps wrongly) from your description (nothing like the software for my IBM which is user friendly, easy to navigate, etc.) that you are using CIM or WinCIM. The CIM programs depend for their elegance on CompuServe's Host Micro Interface (HMI), the specifications for which they have not released so that our hot Amiga telecom programmers can write an AmigaCIM. You will already have received replies suggesting AutoPilot (AP.LHA in AmigaVendor libraries). To my mind this is THE BEST navigator program for CIS — the kind that you do most of your interaction with OFFline, then let it go ONline to gather headers, read messages, make library catalogs, download files, all in an automated, hands-off fashion. jsaklad@welchlink.welch.jhu.edu . .
