Messages addressed to an individual are presented to that person as soon as they enter the forum. The message is immediately marked with (X) letting you and everyone else know that Elvis heard it loud and clear, even if he's already left the building. The message indicates the date and time it was posted. If you do run ULOG in conjunction with this information, especially if you run it on a regular basis, you can pretty much nail down the exact time your penpal got the message.
