Steve, thanks for the info. I'm sure there are other 1800 user that have the
same problem. I call Smith and check it out. I REALLY like my Toaster, had
one of the first boards in L.A. My first Informercial was cut on the Toaster
called LazerVision pin-hole glasses, and then last cut on D2. Also the first
Layered Infomercial at Video-It in Culver City. Anyway, they sold 10 million
bucks of glasses in 10 months before it was taken off the air. To bad I didn't
go for a percentage. Maybe I should buy a Flyer and the Beta problem would go

John: I'm going to look into that Lo=pass filter as well. One thing you
might try in the interim: Try using a free (unconnected) Toaster input
channel on program when blacking tapes. Using this method I can get
super-black to tape…
